Printing the Cowling

Instructions for Printing and installing the Cowling.

Print settings:

This part is not a single wall print.

Material: LW PLA

We have best success at 230C with wall flow set to 65%

bed adhesion set to brim

Supports: On

Print in the orientation as shown below:

Installation:

Print 4 copies of the CowlMount.stl body. Since screws will be going through this up your wall settings in your slicer to 3.

Adhere these mounts with thin CA glue to the forward firewall, setting them into the small alignment indentations in former "FW" as shown below.

The cowling is to be fastened by 4 nylon screws as shown below:
