There was a question by one of the builders about stringing with this model. This model was originally designed prior to lightweight PLA. My prototype used normal PLA. In the instructions for this model I state that I recommend using lightweight PLA to conserve weight. Most notably if nowhere else this is important for the horizontal stabilizer. This part has the most adverse effects on the center of gravity so if nothing else I'd give this a try. Everything else can be done with Lightweight PLA as well, but you will have some stringing to clean up. there is no way to avoid it with this model. In the future I'll simplify the frames to be LWPLA friendly, but for now I have had good success printing the stabilizer and elevator cleanly with LWPLA.
