I'm putting this in the forum so that I can easily modify these numbers if needed. Essentially there are 3 profiles. I will call them,
solidbody Rigid: This is for highly stressed parts like landing gear or motor mounts.
solidbody LWT: These components are solid bodies but are to be printed using settings that make them as light as possible. Most of the fuselage components use this setting.
singlewall LWT: This setting is specifically for the main portion of the wings.
Item number 1, solidbody Rigid:
Lightweight PLA works, I use 240 degrees and set my extrusion to 65% My infill is set to 100 percent for these parts.
Item number 2, solidbody LWT: Temp 240, extrusion to 65%, wall setting to 1 layer, top and bottom setting to 1 layer, infill set to 15%.
Item number 3, singlewall LWT: Temp 240, extrusion to 65% Special modes setting will be set to "surface. You will need to print with a brim as this is a tall print.
